According to Vietnamese law on environmental protection, each plant discharges industrial wastewater meeting class B to industrial wastewater treatment plants.  At the wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park, wastewater must be treated to mete class A before being discharged.

According to the company’s agreements between the two companies, payment shall be made 10% after signing and the investment Licence -40% after receiving the investment certificate and before starting construction -40% and 10% after land(Red Book) release.
