The procedure is as follows: Preparation of application and dossier- Receipt by the Ministry of Planning and Investment – Approval and granting of Investment license- IRC, ERC issuance – License issuance – Initial report and registration.  It will take a minimum of 45 days and up to 150 days, depending on each business sector.  More exact information can be obtained via consultation.
